Heartland Hospice provides hospice care to people facing a terminal illness and their families from its central Ohio office on Beecher Crossing North in Gahanna, serving the Columbus area and surrounding counties. Formerly part of ProMedica, Heartland Hospice is now part of Gentiva, one of the nation's largest providers of hospice and home-based care. Its interdisciplinary team focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life, supported by trained volunteers who offer companionship visits to patients and families during daytime, evening and weekend hours.
