OhioHealth Hospice with Compassus brings together OhioHealth at Home and Compassus to provide hospice care across central Ohio from its office on McConnell Drive in Columbus. The team serves 18 Ohio counties, including Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Union, Madison and Pickaway, caring for patients in their homes, hospitals, nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Services include 24/7 nursing support, pain and symptom management, hospice aide assistance, respite care for family caregivers, spiritual support and grief counseling, plus medications, medical equipment and supplies related to the hospice diagnosis. Hospice care is covered by Medicare for eligible patients.
