It provides round-the-clock end-of-life care in a homelike setting for patients with advanced illnesses such as cancer, ALS, COPD and heart failure. Services include pain and symptom management, IV and medication management, spiritual care, social services, grief support and counseling, and education for families and caregivers. A lodging option for out-of-town visitors is located next to the facility.

The office serves as home base for a care team of physicians, nurses, home health aides, social workers and chaplains who bring hospice care to patients wherever they live. Care360 Hospice provides hospice care to patients and families across the Columbus area from its office on Mill Run Drive in Hilliard, Ohio. Founded in 2022 on the belief that every person deserves dignity, Care360 offers same-day admission, hospice aide visits five days a week, proactive pain management, and music and massage therapy, with nursing support available 24 hours a day. Trained volunteers add companionship, family caregiver support, pet therapy and bedside vigil services. Care360 serves communities throughout central Ohio, including Columbus, Hilliard, Gahanna, Marysville and Mount Vernon.
