Wesley Hospice provides hospice care to seniors and their families across the Columbus area from its office on the Wesley Woods campus in New Albany, Ohio. Its mission is to help patients and their loved ones make the most of each day by providing compassion and support wherever they call home. Wesley Hospice creates individualized care plans that address each patient's physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs while respecting their beliefs and traditions, and it offers special recognition and support for veterans. Wesley Hospice is affiliated with Wesley Communities, a long-standing central Ohio provider of senior living and care.
