About Us
Luminary Hospice – Columbus provides comfort-focused hospice care that supports the whole person, serving patients and families across the Columbus area from its office on Corporate Exchange Drive in northeast Columbus, Ohio. Luminary offers all four levels of hospice care: routine home care, continuous care, general inpatient care and respite care. Specialized programs include dementia care, veteran care, music therapy and chaplain services. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with phone support available 24/7. Luminary operates 10 offices across Ohio, Indiana, Missouri and Texas.
