About Us
Delaware Hospice is a nonprofit, community-based organization founded in 1982 that provides hospice care, palliative care, dementia care and grief support. It serves the state of Delaware and the southern parts of Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania, including the Glen Mills area. Care is delivered in the home and other settings, and the organization is accredited by The Joint Commission.
