About Us
Delaware Hospice is a licensed nonprofit community-based provider whose Kent County office is located on East Loockerman Street in Dover, Delaware. The organization offers hospice care, palliative and dementia care, bereavement support, and inpatient hospice facilities. Care teams serve patients and families in their homes and other settings across the region. The Dover office also hosts community events and grief support groups, including monthly sessions for those who have lost a loved one.
