Villas of Scioto is a gated independent living community for adults 55 and older on Obetz Road in Columbus, Ohio, on the same campus as Gardens of Scioto. Residents live in ranch-style villas with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, garage and patio. Maintenance, lawn care and snow removal are provided, and meals are not required. Walking paths surround a pond and fountain, pets are allowed, and units are accessible. Residents can reach the assisted living and care center on the campus. The community is part of Capital Healthcare Network.
