West Park, an Optalis Health and Rehabilitation Center, is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility on Heinzerling Drive on the west side of Columbus, Ohio. It offers short-term rehabilitation and therapy for people recently discharged from the hospital, along with long-term skilled nursing care, respite care, and hospice care. The center has private rehabilitation rooms and a secure 28-bed memory care unit with structured programming. Managed care services are also available through the Optalis healthcare network.
