Scioto Community is a continuing care campus on Obetz Road in Columbus, Ohio that offers rehabilitation, nursing care, assisted living and independent living for older adults. Its transitional care unit provides therapy programs, including aquatic therapy and service dog-assisted therapy, and has a dedicated gym and a separate patient entrance.
